We are seeking an entrepreneurial, mission-driven Director of Apex Care and Development to serve as the local leader of our territory. As an Apex Director of Care and Development, you are the face of our organization in your region. This is an independent contractor position designed for individuals who thrive without micromanagement and are motivated by results.

What You’ll Do (Your Core Mission)
  • Foster Global & Local Connections: Act as a supportive mentor and bridge for young Care Professionals arriving from Germany and Austria, helping them adapt, thrive, and succeed in their host families.
  • Cultivate Community: Plan and host engaging monthly cultural activities for your Care Professionals and organize an annual appreciation event for your local host families.
  • Ensure Placement Success: Conduct welcoming in-home visits and monthly virtual check-ins to provide high-touch support, guidance, and relationship coaching.
  • Grow Your Region: Enthusiastically represent the Apex brand locally, converting parent inquiries into successful placements and expanding our footprint.

The Contractor Compensation Matrix

We heavily reward milestones, relationship longevity, and growth. Your compensation ties directly to clear performance metrics:

  • In-Person Family Assessments: $100.00 per consultation.
  • Arrival & Onboarding Management: $150.00 per new professional arrival.
  • Ongoing Monthly Supervisions: $100.00 per month, per family (building your consistent recurring revenue block).
  • New Host Family Recruitment Bonus: $500.00 per family.
  • Longevity & Extension Milestones: Bonus structures ranging from $250.00 to $600.00, alongside increased ongoing monthly recurring rates for extended placements.
