Compensation
$25.00 – $40.00 per hour (uncapped commission)Top performers earn $50 per hour$3,000 sign‑on bonus for HVAC Lead Installers who work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule

What You’ll Do as an HVAC Installer
Install HVAC equipment in accordance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specificationsPre‑measure job sites to ensure proper preparation and efficient installationProperly connect and test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
What You’ll Bring
2–5 years of lead HVAC installation experience (required)HVAC degree or equivalent experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsValid driver’s license
