Job Description

Apex Roofing is hiring an experienced Roofing Repair Specialist to work in the field servicing company-provided leads. This role is perfect for a roofing professional with 5 years of experience who can both sell and complete roof repairs.

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential and a strong opportunity for long-term growth within the company.

What You’ll Do

• Run company-provided repair leads (no cold calling or door knocking)
• Inspect roofs and identify repair needs
• Sell roof repair solutions directly to homeowners
• Perform roofing repairs to company quality and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with customers from inspection through completion
• Document jobs and follow company processes
• Represent Apex Roofing professionally in the field

Requirements

• 5 years of roofing experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of residential roof repair
• Ability to sell and physically perform roofing repairs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in a field-based role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
