Job Description
Apex Roofing is hiring an experienced Roofing Repair Specialist to work in the field servicing company-provided leads. This role is perfect for a roofing professional with 5 years of experience who can both sell and complete roof repairs.
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential and a strong opportunity for long-term growth within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Run company-provided repair leads (no cold calling or door knocking)
- Inspect roofs and identify repair needs
- Sell roof repair solutions directly to homeowners
- Perform roofing repairs to company quality and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with customers from inspection through completion
- Document jobs and follow company processes
- Represent Apex Roofing professionally in the field
Requirements
- 5 years of roofing experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of residential roof repair
- Ability to sell and physically perform roofing repairs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a field-based role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
