We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Supervisor to join our team at Apex Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a Dietary Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of nutritional services to our patients and residents.

Job Summary:

As a Dietary Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service. You will also be responsible for managing a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that all patients receive the nutrition care they need. Your goal will be to maintain a safe, efficient, and cost-effective food service operation that meets the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service
• Manage a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that all patients receive the nutrition care they need
• Ensure that all food and supplies are ordered, stored, and issued in a timely and efficient manner
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients and are in compliance with regulatory agencies
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food is prepared and served to our high standards
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and budget tracking
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all patients' needs are met
