Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
- Report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses and document accordingly
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
- Current CNA certification in the state of New York
- Ability to work PART_TIME schedule, including every other weekend
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
