As a Home Care Occupational Therapist, you will focus on enhancing clients' independence and quality of life through personalized therapy plans.Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate clients' daily living needs and challenges.2. Develop and implement customized occupational therapy plans to address clients' specific goals.3. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve clients' ability to perform daily activities.4. Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.5. Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment for increased independence.6. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.Qualifications:1. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.2.
