You will manage a diverse patient panel, supervise APPs, and contribute to clinical quality initiatives that support our organization’s mission.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct outpatient care, maintaining a schedule that supports organizational and community health goals.Supervise Advanced Practice Providers, including clinical teaching, encounter review, chart sign-off, and ongoing feedback.Participate in the supervision and education of residents or students when applicable.Attend provider meetings and other required organizational meetings.Complete timely documentation, patient records, billing tasks, and ancillary care responsibilities.Engage in quality improvement and quality assurance activities as requested.QualificationsBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine at the time of hire.Board Certification required within 18 months if hired as Board Eligible.Must meet ongoing CME and specialty recertification requirements.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsOutpatient, patient-facing clinical environment.Periods of sitting, standing, and bending.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.Regular, reliable on-site attendance required.Compensation$220,000 – 260,000 per yearFull-time, salaried position.Company DescriptionApex Recruiting Professionals is specific to Healthcare Recruitment in Medical Office Support Staff, MA’s, RN’s, Administrative and Clinical support positions.
