Company Description Apex Recovery Rehab is a Joint Commission Accredited behavioral health organization headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, providing both in‑patient and out‑patient treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. The team is composed of licensed and certified professionals who deliver individualized medical, psychological, and complementary therapies using holistic, integrative, and evidence‑based approaches. Core treatment programs draw from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and ACT, which are integrated into assessments, ongoing therapies, and discharge planning. Apex Recovery Rehab combines traditional addiction medicine consultation with holistic and experiential services such as yoga, meditation, peer recovery groups, fitness, and Qigong. The overarching goal is to help each participant feel, look, and function at their best through comprehensive, person‑centered care.
Role Description This full-time remote role, titled Talented Hustler, focuses on driving growth, engagement, and operational efficiency for Apex Recovery Rehab. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing partnership and referral opportunities, cultivating relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, and promoting Apex’s services in a professional and ethical manner. The role involves coordinating outreach campaigns, supporting marketing and awareness activities, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate representation of programs and services. The Talented Hustler will track outreach performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to improve patient access and organizational visibility. This position requires proactive communication, adaptability, and a strong commitment to Apex’s mission of supporting recovery and wellness.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in outreach, networking, and relationship-building with healthcare providers, community groups, or similar stakeholders.
• Experience in sales, business development, or growth-focused roles, ideally in behavioral health, healthcare, or wellness settings.
• Strong communication skills, including clear professional writing and confident verbal presentation in virtual and live settings.
• Comfort with remote work, including use of CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, email, and basic office software.
• Knowledge of or interest in mental health, substance use treatment, holistic health, or related fields.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet performance goals with integrity and respect for client privacy.
• High level of professionalism, cultural humility, and adherence to ethical guidelines when engaging with individuals and organizations.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Work, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Preferred: Prior experience collaborating with clinical teams or understanding of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
