Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the quick lube center, including oil changes, tire services, alignments, and vehicle inspections
- Lead, motivate, and train technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times for customers
- Ensure all services are performed accurately using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Maintain inventory of automotive parts and supplies necessary for service delivery
- Uphold safety regulations by conducting regular safety checks and promoting a safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills
- Proven quick lube experience or automotive service background with mechanic experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, oil changes.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with automotive repair procedures and service technician practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
