Sales Development Representative (SDR) Full-Time/ Part-Time
Hourly rate ranges from $18 to $22 and is based on experience and skill level.
About the Role
We're looking for a hungry, coachable Sales Development Representative to fill the top of our pipeline. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, researching prospects, starting conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives. No closing required, but you'll learn the full sales cycle and grow fast.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and research target accounts using LinkedIn
- Reach out to potential buyers via cold email, cold call, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right Account Executive
- Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team
- Follow up persistently and professionally with prospects who don't respond
- Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of sales, customer-facing, or outreach experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections without taking it personally
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a high volume of outreach
- Competitive mindset with a desire to grow into a closing role
- CRM experience is a plus, but not required
Bonus points for:
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech sales
- Background in a quota-carrying or commission-based role
