Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Texas Commissioned Security Officer located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of premises, employees, and visitors. Key tasks include patrolling assigned areas, reporting incidents, and upholding safety protocols. Officers may also interact with the public, enforce policies, and other duties.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in security protocols and patrol operations
- Valid driver license
- Proficiency in communication and reports, including documentation and incident reporting
- Ability to remain physically alert and responsive in high-pressure situations
- Possession of a valid Texas Commissioned Security Officer License (Level 3)
- Training in conflict resolution, emergency response, or de-escalation techniques is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A professional demeanor, with the ability to interact respectfully with clients and the public
