We're a commercial property management company serving the Mat-Su Valley and Anchorage, with a portfolio of medical, retail, and office buildings. We're looking for a reliable, personable maintenance technician who takes pride in keeping properties in top shape — and treats tenants and visitors with genuine care and professionalism.
What you'll do
- Perform routine preventive maintenance across all properties
- Handle work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Conduct regular property inspections and safety checks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed
- Maintain clean, professional common areas and building exteriors
- Document work completed using our maintenance tracking system
- Rotating on-call schedule for emergency response
What we're looking for
- 2 years of commercial or multi-property maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Friendly, professional demeanor — our tenants are medical providers and their patients
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel between Anchorage, Wasilla, and Palmer daily
- Valid Alaska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple sites
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in medical or healthcare facility maintenance
- Familiarity with ADA compliance and building codes
- Experience managing vendor and contractor relationships
- Painting and drywall finish experience
