APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Livonia, MI looking to add a contract Warehouse Shipping Packer to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be accurately picking, packing, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment while following safety and quality standards. Keep reading for more details!
What’s in it for you:
- 1st shift opportunity - Monday to Friday from 7am-3:30pm
- Competitive hourly rate ranging between $17-$19/hr. depending on experience
- Contract position scheduled to last 3 months
What your day will look like:
- Pick and pack items for each order.
- Build boxes or pallets for shipment.
- Placed packaged items in the correct area.
- Visually check parts for damage before packing them for shipping.
- Follow workplace safety standards.
What we are looking for:
- 3 years’ experience as a Picker/Packer required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attendance
