What You’ll Do
As a Territory Manager, you’ll act as a strategic partner to your clients, ensuring their workforce needs are met while helping grow APEX’s footprint in the market.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client partnerships
- Working closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of open positions
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on workforce needs, market trends, and hiring strategies
- Supporting the full client lifecycle — from prospecting to onboarding to ongoing account management
- Ensuring client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service

Preferred Experience
- 2 years experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions strongly preferred
- Background in B2B sales, account management, or client development
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
