- Competitive salary from $70,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

What your day will look like:
- Supervision of quality techs and CMM operators across all shifts
- Will be responsible for meeting quality goals and standards
- Support internal and third-party quality audits
- Facilitate corrective action process
- Audit processes and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in new program development and upgrades
What we are looking for:
- Strong background in a quality role
- Experience in a leadership role with proven ability to lead a team of hourly employees
- Experience with automotive manufacturing (casting/machining preferred)
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and knowledge of GDT
- Prefer experience and proficiency with CMM equipment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
