What your day will look like:
- Operate basic production equipment and machinery according to work instructions
- Assemble, package, or inspect products to meet quality standards
- Load and unload materials and move products within the facility
- Perform routine quality checks and report any defects or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist team members and supervisors with various production tasks as needed
What we are looking for:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction
