Apex Outdoor Solutions is a commercial landscaping, snow removal, and outdoor construction company serving Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, Van Buren, Cass, and Berrien counties. We're building out our snow crew for the 2026–27 season and hiring operators for skid steers, wheel loaders, tractors, sidewalk equipment, salt trucks, and brine trucks. No CDL required.

This is on-call, weather-driven work. When it snows, we run — days, nights, weekends, and holidays. When it doesn't, hours may be light or none.

What you get

What you'll do
Depending on your experience and where we place you:

• Run skid steers, loaders, or tractors to plow, push, stack, and relocate snow on commercial lots and drives
• Operate sidewalk machines and handle walkway clearing and de-icing
• Drive salt trucks or brine trucks to treat lots, drives, and walks
• Inspect equipment before and after each shift and report issues right away
• Work carefully around vehicles, curbs, landscaping, buildings, and pedestrians
• Log your hours, sites, and materials accurately and on time
• Follow Apex safety procedures and site instructions

What we're looking for

• 18 or older with a valid driver's license (CDL not required)
• Experience running any of the above equipment; commercial snow experience preferred and paid accordingly
• Comfortable working in the dark, cold, subfreezing temps, and heavy snow
• Dependable — you show up for every scheduled event and report within the call-out window (this is what the $500 bonus rewards)
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop and job sites
• Smartphone for scheduling and time tracking
