We are looking for a Sales Representative who will assist the Management team with delivery of outstanding customer service and experience at our Liberty, Missouri location. The Sales Representative is a critical component of the daily operations of the Carwash.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving daily operational sales and promotions.
- Assist customers with carwash menu options and payments.
- Performs visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the wash bay.
- Understands McBee’s Coffee N Carwash pricing, wash packages details, and membership benefits. Able to communicate information to customers effectively.
- Responsible for tracking and meeting sales metrics.
- Maintains sales growth through retention based sales strategies.
- Delivers monthly sales performance recaps/evaluations to the leadership team.
- Maintains, cleans, and sanitizes service and seating areas.
- Follows cleaning and general routine maintenance of car wash tunnel and equipment and property.
- Keeps vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.
- Assist customers with orders, membership enrollments, and payments.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to follow all safety procedures for carwash and food handling.
- Proficient in providing fast and accurate service to customers.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
- Move safely over uneven, wet terrain or in confined spaces; able to work inside or outside and in all weather conditions.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Previous car wash or food industry experience a plus.
- Must successfully complete training in food preparation and food service skills.

Salary
- $15.00-25.00/hour plus commission
