Mobile Mechanic/ Roadside Service Tech (2-4 yrs minimum experience preferred)

What We Expect From Technicians

We are looking for experienced automotive technicians who can confidently diagnose and repair vehicles with minimal supervision. Technicians should be comfortable performing most general automotive repairs and accurately identifying issues before recommending parts or services.

Technicians must:

Have strong diagnostic skills and the ability to properly identify mechanical problems
Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality workmanship
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers when needed
Be reliable, punctual, and able to manage scheduled jobs responsibly
Maintain a professional attitude while representing the company
Be comfortable using modern diagnostic tools and repair software
Take responsibility for the quality of their work and ensure repairs are done correctly the first time
We expect technicians to approach each job with attention to detail and honesty. Misdiagnosis, rushed work, or poor communication can negatively impact both the customer and the company, so accountability and professionalism are extremely important.
