Pay: $26.00 - 42.00 hourly spiffs, depending on experience
Job Summary: To provide repair and maintenance services on a variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Qualifications:
- 1 year's experience as a residential or commercial service technician.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience informing and aiding customers to make repair vs equipment replacement
- EPA Universal Certification
- NATE certification or willingness to obtain preferred
- Demonstrate a willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
- Work from a 24' extension ladder and a 8' step ladder
- Ability to communicate the benefits of preventive maintenance
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills with the ability to communicate ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
