What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems
- Handle commercial and industrial work, with occasional residential calls
- Deliver clean, accurate troubleshooting-not part swapping
- Communicate clearly with customers on repairs vs. replacement options
- Perform maintenance and ensure systems are running to standard
- Represent the company with professionalism in the field

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year HVAC service experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability across equipment types
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean, insurable record
- Comfortable working from ladders (24' extension, 8' step ladder)
- Ability to explain issues and solutions clearly to customers
- Experience discussing repair vs. replacement options
- NATE certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
- Ongoing commitment to training and improving your craft
