Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lenexa, KS. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Site Management and ensuring Construction Safety
- Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, materials, and multiple workstreams
- Experience with effective Budgeting and cost control
- Proven expertise in Project Management, including the ability to lead teams and meet deadlines
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety best practices
