In this role, you will support our commercial customers by performing installation, start-ups, preventive maintenance, and repair services on coffee, espresso, and water equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical and operational support to customers and partners.
- Install, service, and repair commercial coffee, espresso, and water filtration equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related issues and perform corrective actions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Communicate clearly with customers, management, and support staff regarding service findings and recommendations.
- Independently manage service calls, daily routes, and troubleshooting without direct supervision.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
- Work flexible shifts as needed, including 10-hour days or emergency service calls.
- Travel regularly throughout assigned service areas.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to build positive relationships.
- Solid mechanical aptitude with experience working on machines, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, safety procedures, and technical documents.
- Proficient in writing service reports and communicating technical information.
- Basic math skills including fractions, ratios, percentages, and measurements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret technical instructions and diagnose issues.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling tools, and service management software.
- Ability to work safely with hand tools and power tools.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., work on ladders or elevated platforms, and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, water treatment, and refrigeration is a strong plus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical, mechanical, or field-service role preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel frequently within Central Florida (and beyond if needed).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
