The Role
We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant who is organized, client-focused and eager to learn in a fast paced environment. You will work with our Mortgage Loan Originators ("MLOs") to deliver an exceptional client experience and help guide each client through the home financing process.
Your Responsibilities
- Collect, review and organize documentation required for loan applications
- Calculate income, assets, and liabilities, updating loan application as needed
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding outstanding document requests
- Follow-up with open loan applications and pre-approved clients
- Submit completed loan applications to our operations team ensuring a full, complete and accurate loan file
- Assist with marketing and sales-related tasks, events or projects as needed

What You'll Need
- 2-years of experience in mortgage lending or an adjacent field
- 2-years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- NMLS license preferred but not required
- Proficiency with basic technology platforms and programs

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
