Apex Lacrosse Event Staff – Autumn Shore Classic (October 24th & October 25th)

Position Overview

Apex Lacrosse Events is currently hiring Event Staff for the Apex Autumn Shore Classic taking place October 24th & October 25th, 2026 at Capelli Sports Complex in Tinton Falls, NJ.

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to help support tournament operations throughout the weekend. Staff members will assist in creating a positive experience for players, coaches, and families attending the event.

Responsibilities

Event staff responsibilities may include:

• Team and player check-in
• Field operations and tournament support
• Scorekeeping and timing games
• Assisting tournament directors with event logistics
• Managing equipment and supplies
• Supporting overall event operations

Location: Capelli Sports Complex -- Tinton Falls, NJ

Typical staff hours will run approximately 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, though schedules may vary based on assignments and event needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Prior sports or event experience is a plus, but not required
