Job Description:
- This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can design scalable applications, build intelligent automation solutions, and drive AI adoption through Agentic AI architectures, Prompt Engineering, and enterprise integration patterns.
- This role requires good Java background and also hands exp in creating Agent AI
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build scalable and responsive web applications using React and modern frontend technologies.
- Design secure, high-performance REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
- Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation
- Implement Prompt Engineering strategies to improve AI accuracy, response quality, and task automation.
- Build AI-powered workflow automation solutions, and autonomous agents.
- Integrate GenAI platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, knowledge repositories, and automation platforms.
Automation & Integration
- Develop automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Integrate applications with cloud services, databases, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms.
- Develop workflow orchestration and intelligent process automation solutions.
- Data Modeling & Solution Design
- Design logical and physical data models supporting enterprise applications.
- Define application architecture patterns, integration strategies, and system interactions.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of solutions.
