Sales Representative – Entry Level

Pay: $16.66 per hour, paid weekly
Apex Industries is expanding in the Redmond area and is looking for 3–5 motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a face-to-face sales environment with full training provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Interact with customers daily in retail locations.
- Present promotions and products clearly to new customers.
- Provide excellent, personalized customer service.
- Build relationships and grow brand awareness locally.
- Track and achieve weekly sales and performance goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales setting.
- Adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
