Project Superintendent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent to a handful of TI projects in Southern CA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Utilize construction management software such as HeavyBid and ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with project estimators to develop accurate budgets and forecasts based on schematics and project specifications.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising construction projects, preferably in pipeline or heavy construction environments.
• Experience working with clients in QSR, retail, banking, convenience or grocery for remodels and/or rollouts.
• Proficiency in construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and Prolog for project management documentation.
• Strong understanding of schematics related to construction projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
