What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits position at Apex Home Health & Hospice?

Seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for private duty, one-on-one home care in Greensboro, NC.
Shifts: 6 PM – 6 AM, including weekends and select weekdays.
Work with patients (all ages) requiring critical care, especially those with trach and/or vent needs.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules.
Support resources: 24/7 respiratory therapists and dedicated staff.
Requirements: Active LPN license, current CPR (no online), current TB skin test.
