- Deliver patient-centered physical therapy services in accordance with licensing and clinical standards.
- Assess patient needs, create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment provided.
- Adhere to facility policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience.
- Associate degree or relevant certifications.
- Current state license to practice.
- Valid State Issued Driver's License or State ID.
- Work five days a week, 8-hour shifts, providing consistent patient care.
- Participate in a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Villa Rica, GA.
- Deliver excellent patient care, ensuring safety and compliance.
