Role: The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing skilled interventions in accordance with physician orders.
Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations, establish realistic goals, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on therapy methods. Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and evaluate care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, pass the NPTE, and possess current state licensure or be in the process of obtaining it. A minimum of one year of experience and CPR certification are required.
Key Duties: Develop care plans, provide therapy interventions, evaluate patient needs, modify treatments as necessary, and contribute to multidisciplinary team goals.
