Position: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) in Critical Care/Intensive Care Unit
Role & Responsibilities: Provide advanced critical care to critically ill patients, including monitoring, administering complex medications, operating life-support equipment, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Assess patient conditions, manage hemodynamic monitoring, ensure safety and comfort, document interventions, and educate patients and families. Maintain proficiency in procedures, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, participate in quality improvement, and perform duties within scope.
Qualifications & Skills: Require at least one year of ICU experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred certifications include CCRN, TNCC, and NIHSS. Must demonstrate critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, technical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal, motor, sensory, and mental skills are essential.
