Seeking a skilled nursing facility-based Travel Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patient-centered rehabilitation.
Qualifications include: a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), current ASHA CCC, active Ohio SLP license, and BLS certification (may be required).
Preferred experience: working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings, evaluating and treating dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders, familiarity with electronic medical records, and prior travel SLP experience.
Responsibilities: providing evidence-based services, developing personalized care plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with healthcare staff.
Shift details: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, five days weekly, guaranteed 35 hours.
