Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, supporting emergency measures, and coordinating care across diverse age groups. Maintain accurate documentation, monitor supplies, and report safety concerns. Promote patient participation in care and adhere to patient-centered care principles. Mentor staff and participate in training initiatives.

- Graduate of a recognized nursing program and licensed as an RN in NM or eligible by reciprocity
- CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days
- Experience in patient care, with bilingual abilities preferred but not essential
