- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience.
- Valid nursing license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS (required upon hire).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills.
