RN-ICU Nurse Manager

Job Summary

Provides leadership and oversight of nursing and patient care activities within designated areas, collaborating with the nursing team to align with organizational strategies. Responsibilities include standardizing systems, improving efficiencies, managing financial aspects of nursing services, and implementing performance improvement initiatives. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and fosters interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance care quality, patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. Works with hospital departments to support nursing integration, service line development, and standardized practices. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in an acute care setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.
• Strong partnership-building and communication skills.
• RN licensure required; specialty certification preferred.
