- Providing hands-on nursing care to patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other complex medical events.
- Monitoring patient status and vital signs.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supporting patients' progress toward greater independence.
- Current Texas LPN licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Strong teamwork, clinical excellence, and open communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
