- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized care.
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate care plans.
- Delivering care across all phases, including preventative, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up services.
- Managing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if applicable.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
- Competency in maintaining required certifications and adhering to nursing standards and ethical practices.
- Providing patient-centered care within full scope of nursing practice.
- Contributing to care planning, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Maintaining compliance with state licensing regulations and professional standards.
