Registered Nurse

Role Overview: This position provides direct patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform top scope practice in patient care, prioritizing wellness and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Precept and support new healthcare staff, fostering a learning environment.
• Support clinical education through individualized training and competency validation.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited or approved nursing program (if less than 3 years experience).
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification (through AHA or Red Cross), valid through sixty days of hire.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
  
  

Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, contribute to safety and quality initiatives, and engage in ongoing professional development through orientation and specialty education programs based on AACN's ECCO® resources.
