Role: Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical unit, providing patient-centered, evidence-based care to adult patients with diverse medical and post-surgical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
  • Administer medications and IV therapies
  • Perform wound and post-operative care
  • Monitor telemetry and vital signs
  • Ensure safe discharge planning and patient education
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Utilize advanced EHR systems for documentation

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current RN license
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with telemetry, wound care, and post-op management preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
