Qualifications & Skills
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelors preferred
- Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
- Required certifications: BLS, PALS, TNCC or ATCN, ACLS
- Minimum 5 years RN experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in emergencies and utilize technology efficiently
