- Supervising and assigning personnel to meet resident needs
- Administering medications, treatments, and monitoring residents’ conditions
- Documenting assessments, care plans, and incident reports accurately
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensuring compliance with policies, emergency protocols, and legal requirements
- Providing leadership, training, and participating in meetings and committees
- Current RN licensure and CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize duties and work collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and resident assessments
