- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient management
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, symptom management, and safety protocols
- Support symptom and pain management, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Participate in shared governance, ongoing professional development, and quality improvement initiatives
- Licensed Registered Nurse with relevant experience in oncology or medical-surgical care
- Knowledge of chemotherapy administration, IV management, and patient safety protocols
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
