- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on nursing standards
- Delivering compassionate direct care alongside healthcare teams and leadership
- Performing accurate patient assessments and maintaining compliant documentation
- Supporting smooth patient transitions through effective hand-offs and collaboration
- Working closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and the community to develop care plans
- Promoting quality care and safety initiatives within the unit
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and relevant experience as a staff RN
- Current Montana RN license and BLS certification
- Specialty training and continuing education in orthopedic and spine care, including compliance with DNV standards
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and maintain a positive, patient-focused attitude
