- Taking and recording vital signs and reporting abnormal conditions
- Transporting residents within the facility
- Administering medications, including oral, topical, and insulin injections, under supervision
- Notifying the charge nurse of residents needing injections
- Valid VA State CNA license
- Valid Registered Medication Aide license
- Experience working with dementia patients preferred
- Adherence to infection control practices, including influenza vaccination and COVID-19 vaccine recommendation
