Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing exceptional patient service.
Key Duties: Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for all ages, collect specimens for various tests, accurately enter patient data, process billing, and prepare samples for testing. Maintain logs of patient and specimen information, ensure specimen integrity, and deliver superior customer service. Handle administrative tasks and travel to additional sites as needed.

- Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to work independently or in a team, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a color blindness test and work with minimal supervision.
