Role: The Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) supports the Resident Services Department by supervising staff, assisting with medication management, and ensuring quality resident care.

- Supervise Resident Services associates, including CNAs
- Assist with medication administration and resident assessments
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians
- Report significant incidents and changes in resident needs
- Support hiring, training, and performance management of staff
- Participate in staff orientation, training, and meetings
- Assist with scheduling and staffing
- Provide coaching and mentorship to staff
- Support residents and families to ensure satisfaction
- Supervise care provision during shifts
- Licensed RN or LPN in Massachusetts
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification
- Passion and experience working with seniors
