- Participating in clinical research and developing subspecialty interests
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Replacement
- Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
- Strong surgical, clinical, and interpersonal skills
