As a Recovery Coach, you will be a key participant in guiding clients, providing support aligned with treatment plans, and fostering healthy connections within the milieu.
Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, supervising meals and snacks, conducting observations, facilitating therapeutic group participation, and occasionally driving clients to off-site appointments.
Qualifications include at least 2 years of post-high school education, preferably a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and a minimum of one year in a mental or behavioral health setting.
Strong communication, client relations skills, flexibility, and teamwork are essential.
This part-time role offers an hourly pay rate based on experience and education, with preferred availability on Sundays and Mondays or Wednesdays and Thursdays.
