- Accountable for all elements of nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation tailored to patient age and background.
- Administers medications and procedures following established policies.
- Contributes to care outcomes through team collaboration.
- Communicates effectively with diverse populations.
- Participates in quality improvement and customer service initiatives.
- Completion of an accredited RN program (BSN or ADN).
- Current RN licensure in the U.S.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least two years of recent Medical-Surgical RN experience.
- No sponsorship provided.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), carry, push, and reach during shifts.
